Kirtz returned from a two-game absence against the Buckeyes and was a lone bright spot within a Northwestern offense that accounted for just 251 total yards on the day. The senior receiver has had an up-and-down season in 2024, logging over 90 yards in four games while recording less than 30 yards in each of his other four games this year. Overall, Kirtz has accounted for 34 receptions for 506 yards on the season, though his lack of touchdowns is certainly disappointing. He will hope to find the end zone when the Wildcats travel to face Michigan this coming Saturday.
