Malik Washington News: Running it back in College Park
Washington has agreed to a deal to remain with Maryland in 2026, per Pete Thamel of ESPN.com.
Washington immediately emerged as one of the nation's top true freshman quarterbacks this fall. He wound up tossing for 2,963 yards, 17 touchdowns and nine interceptions while completing 57.7 percent of his throws. Washington also displayed some ability as a dual threat, rushing for 303 yards and four touchdowns as well. He'll project as one of the more dangerous quarterbacks in the Big Ten next season.
