West will miss spring ball after undergoing shoulder surgery in the offseason, according to Bill Landis of Rivals.com.

It was none other than head coach Ryan Day who revealed that West will miss spring ball. The tailback will aim to be healthy for fall camp and, ultimately, the start of the 2026 season.
