Mensah has committed to Miami, according to On3.com.

Mensah entered the portal earlier this month but didn't spend too much time deciding where he'll play next. One of the top signal-callers available in the portal, Mensah will give Miami a huge boost on offense. The star QB threw for 3,973 yards and a 34:6 TD:INT across 14 games with Duke last season. He'll replace Carson Beck under center for the Hurricanes.
