Hill broke out in his sophomore year at VCU, averaging 15.0 points, 2.7 rebounds and 2.8 assists on 47/37/84 shooting splits. The 6-foot-3 guard also recently underwent thumb surgery, but that isn't something that should limit interest in the portal; Hill proved to be a dynamic scorer at a respected mid-major program, and will now look to jump up to the highest level of college hoops with two years of eligibility remaining.
