Landry Shamet Injury: Exits Game 5 with injury
Shamet exited in the fourth quarter Saturday of Game 5 of the Knicks' NBA Finals matchup with the Spurs due to an apparent leg injury, James L. Edwards III of The Athletic reports.
After landing awkwardly on the court, Shamet checked out of the game with 7:54 remaining in the fourth quarter and made a brief visit to the locker room. Though he's back on the New York bench, it's unclear if Shamet will be available for the waning minutes of Game 5.
