Jevon Carter Injury: Officially ruled out

Carter (shoulder) won't play in Tuesday's game versus the Raptors.

Carter has been downgraded from questionable to out Tuesday due to a right shoulder injury. The 29-year-old guard's next chance to suit up is Friday's matchup with Portland.
