2026 Fantasy Outlook
Little emerged for Toronto in 2024 when the team's bullpen was riddled with injuries and its other southpaws were struggling. Fast forward to 2025, during which he established himself as the Blue Jays' top lefty reliever early on. The 29-year-old maintained that role all year, finishing third among relievers with a career-high 79 appearances while placing second in the AL with 30 holds (T-5th overall). Little primarily featured a knuckle-curve (46 percent usage) and sinker (46 percent), but it was his curveball that proved devastating to opposing hitters. His 55.6 percent whiff rate was tops in the league for that pitch type by more than 10 percentage points. 75 of the southpaw's 91 strikeouts on the season came via his knuckle-curve, but commanding the pitch often proved difficult, as his 15.3 percent walk rate was worst among qualified relievers. This led to a 1.36 WHIP that was also poor, but Little's breakout campaign makes him worth monitoring for 2026. Read Past Outlooks

Analysis
Little joined the big-league roster Friday, but he'll be sent right back to the minors after giving up four earned runs in one inning during Friday's blowout loss to the Cubs. Lazaro Estrada (shoulder) was activated from the 60-day IL in a corresponding move.
