Halvorsen's ratios were lackluster, but when he was healthy, the right-hander proved to be the most reliable option within a pen that ranked 29th in bullpen ERA (5.18). He led Colorado with 11 saves (38 percent team save share), but might have approached 20 if not for a season-ending elbow injury last August. Among relief pitchers who pitched a minimum of 30 innings in 2025, Halvorsen ranked third in average fastball velocity (100.0 mph) behind Mason Miller (101.2 mph) and Jhoan Duran (100.5 mph). Despite regularly hitting triple-digits on the radar gun, Halvorsen's 20.9 percent strikeout rate was below average, but his solid swinging strike percentage (13.3) suggests there is room for him to rebound in the K-department. Looking towards 2026, Halvorsen and Victor Vodnik figure to remain atop Colorado's hiearchy for saves.
