Tom Cosgrove News: Signs with Astros

Cosgrove signed a minor-league deal with the Astros on Thursday, which includes an invitation to big-league spring training, Jon Heyman of the New York Post reports.

Cosgrove has pitched primarily at the Triple-A level for the last two seasons, working a total of 18.2 innings in the majors. He'll have the chance to battle for a roster spot during spring training but is likely to begin 2026 back in the minors.
