Charles has bounced around the league in recent years, but her on-court talent has been undeniable throughout her career. She signed a one-year deal with the Dream ahead of the 2024 campaign after she sat out the year before, and she didn't appear to show any rust in her age-35 season, averaging 14.9 points, 9.6 rebounds and 2.6 assists in 29.7 minutes per game while starting in all 39 of her regular-season appearances. In 2025, she'll return to the team that drafted her first overall in 2010, as she signed a contract with the Sun during the offseason. Connecticut lost Alyssa Thomas and DeWanna Bonner over the winter, so Charles should have an opportunity to stake a significant claim in the team's frontcourt.
