Following a lack of opportunities in 2022 and 2023, Sims has experienced a resurgence in production over the past two seasons between the Wings, Sparks and Fever. Despite moving between the three teams, Sims displayed ample fantasy upside with consistent playing time. Sims couldn't find much of a role during the 2022 and 2023 seasons, but her playing time increased in 2024 while suiting up for the Wings and Sparks. She made nine appearances (seven starts) while on a hardship deal with Dallas, averaging 17.2 points, 5.6 assists, 2.9 rebounds and 1.7 assists in 33.9 minutes per game, but her role declined once she joined the Sparks, as she averaged 9.8 points and 5.1 assists in 26.3 minutes per game over 15 appearances (10 starts) with the team. Her efforts were enough to earn her a one-year deal with Los Angeles during the offseason, but she may not see consistent scoring chances after the Sparks traded for Kelsey Plum. Even if she beats out Aari McDonald and Rae Burrell for a starting job, Sims doesn't profile as much more than a late-round fantasy option.
