2026 Fantasy Outlook
After three solid seasons in Atlanta, Hillmon took her game to another level in 2025, most notably adding a consistent three-point shot. She posted career highs in points (8.6), rebounds (6.2), assists (2.4), made three-pointers (1.2) and minutes per game (25.5) while appearing in all 44 regular-season games. Despite making 17 starts, Hillmon earned Sixth Player of the Year honors and will return to the Dream on a three-year deal after being a restricted free agent during the offseason. The Dream also traded for Angel Reese during the offseason, which could cut into Hillmon's workload, but Hillmon could see a slightly increased role early in the season if Brionna Jones is forced to miss time after undergoing knee surgery this spring. Hillmon is not with the Dream ahead of their preseason game against the Sky on Wednesday and has been ruled out for reconditioning purposes, Meghan L. Hall of USA Today reports.
ANALYSIS
Hillmon won't suit up in Atlanta's preseason opener, and her final chance to play ahead of the regular season will come Sunday against the Mystics. The 26-year-old forward signed a three-year pact with Atlanta on April 10 following a career-best year in 2025, during which she averaged 8.6 points, 6.2 rebounds and 2.4 assists in 25.5 minutes per game over 44 regular-season outings (17 starts).

Past Fantasy Outlooks
2025
2024
2023
Hillmon profiled mainly as a streaming option over the first two years of her career, and she began 2024 with a similar role. However, she claimed a starting role for her final 19 appearances of the regular season and averaged 7.1 points and 6.2 rebounds in 28.1 minutes per game during that time, which gave her more sustained fantasy value. While Tina Charles won't return to Atlanta in 2025, Hillmon will likely move back to a bench role after the Dream acquired Brittney Griner and Brionna Jones during the offseason, and the addition of Shatori Walker-Kimbrough could also cut into Hillmon's playing time. Hillmon will likely have occasional solid fantasy performances if she comes off the bench, but she'll have a low floor and is unlikely to be a season-long consideration.
Hillmon saw a reduced role in Year 2 after a promising rookie campaign. While Monique Billings has moved to Los Angeles, Atlanta opted to re-sign Nia Coffey while adding Tina Charles and Aerial Powers in free agency, pushing Hillmon further down the frontcourt depth chart. When handed an elevated role, Hillmon's rebounding and field-goal efficiency can make her a quality fantasy option, but she's a low-upside option given her current standing in the organization behind Rhyne Howard, Cheyenne Parker, Charles, Coffey and Powers.
Hillmon garnered a modest reserve role to start her WNBA career last year, but she slowly carved out more playing time before ultimately starting the final 12 games of the season with Nia Coffey sidelined. As a starter, Hillmon averaged 6.3 points, 7.3 rebounds and 1.6 steals-plus-blocks in 30.0 minutes. Atlanta added two starter-level guards - Danielle Robinson and Allisha Gray - this offseason, which may limit Hillmon's opportunities. Still, the second-year forward proved she's deserving of a rotational role and could develop into a quality producer moving forward. She'll be competing with Coffey and Monique Billings for playing time behind Rhyne Howard and Cheyenne Parker, but until the rotation is evident, it may be difficult to trust any of the potential backups in fantasy. Coffey's health will be a major storyline when determining who to target in Atlanta's frontcourt.
