After six seasons in Atlanta to begin her career, Billings has suited up for the Wings, Mercury and Valkyries over the past two seasons. The veteran center is a solid rebounder and defender, but it's unclear how impactful she can be moving forward. She made only 26 appearances (eight starts) for Golden State in 2025 while averaging 18.2 minutes per game. Billings was an unrestricted free agent ahead of the 2026 campaign and agreed to a contract with Indiana, where she should compete with Myisha Hines-Allen and Sophie Cunningham for minutes. Her fantasy value could be muted if she's forced to settle for a bench role, but her upside could rise considerably if she can consistently operate as a starter. Across 12 games, the veteran is averaging 5.6 points, 5.0 rebounds and 1.1 assists in 20.3 minutes per contest.

Billings had a rollercoaster 2024 campaign, as she was surprisingly released by the Sparks ahead of the regular season but landed with the Wings shortly after. She filled in as a starter while Natasha Howard was sidelined and averaged 11.8 points, 9.3 rebounds and 3.0 assists in 35.3 minutes per matchup over that 12-game stretch, but Billings had a more inconsistent role after moving to the bench. The 28-year-old was released following the Olympic break but joined Phoenix in mid-August. She came off the bench in 11 of 13 regular-season appearances with the Mercury and was unreliable, averaging 4.9 points and 4.2 rebounds in 17.9 minutes per game. She'll get a fresh start with the Valkyries in 2025 and should have a chance to compete for a starting role. If Billings serves mainly as a starter with Golden State, she should be a fairly trustworthy fantasy option.
