Heads to Lynx with No. 45 pick

White was selected by the Lynx with the No. 45 overall pick in the 2026 WNBA Draft on Monday, Mitchell Hansen of CanisHoopus.com reports.

ANALYSIS
After spending the first two years of her collegiate career at Utah, White transferred to Virginia Tech for the 2024-25 campaign but returned to the Utes in the 2025-26 season. She had a career-best season in her return to Utah, averaging 15.9 points, 4.7 rebounds and 1.5 assists in 30.4 minutes per game while serving exclusively as a starter. Despite her productive senior season, White will likely need to compete for an Opening Night roster spot during training camp as part of a Lynx backcourt that also includes No. 2 overall pick Olivia Miles.
