Jordan Horston

Selected ninth in the 2023 WNBA Draft, Horston has upside as a playmaker and a distributor who is still keen on the glass, averaging 7.1 boards per game last season to go along with her 3.1 assists, both grading out above the 90th percentile nationwide. She's also a capable defender, posting 2.7 steals-plus-blocks per game in 2022-23. But, she has some flaws to correct to reach her full potential. While Horston's 43.8 percent conversion rate from the field marked a career-best efficiency, it still has room to grow, and she connected on just 27.8 percent of her 2.1 attempts per game from deep while also turning the ball over 3.0 times per game. She joins a Storm team post-Breanna Stewart and Sue Bird, so it could be a phase where the staff lets its young players get some run.
