2026 Fantasy Outlook
Loyd established herself as a high-end fantasy asset during her time with Seattle, but her usage declined during her first season with Las Vegas. The three-time WNBA champion's impact was perhaps felt largely in real life as a floor spacer -- Loyd averaged 11.2 points, 3.2 rebounds, 1.8 assists, 1.2 steals and 2.3 three-pointers in 28.3 minutes per game over 44 regular-season appearances in 2025 while shooting 38.2 percent from deep. Loyd made just 25 starts after being a full-time starter for the Storm, and she effectively played a complementary role for the Aces. Las Vegas had plenty of free agents to re-sign during the offseason, but they were able to retain most of their key players while also bringing back Loyd, who should maintain relatively consistent production with somewhat limited upside as long as her teammates remain healthy. Returning to Las Vegas
Loyd is finalizing a three-year contract to return to the Aces, Andraya Carter of ESPN reports Friday.
ANALYSIS
After spending the first 10 years of her career in Seattle, Loyd joined Las Vegas for the 2025 season and helped lead the Aces to their third championship in the last four years. Although she had to settle for a part-time starting role with just 25 starts across 44 regular-season appearances, she maintained plenty of playing time with 28.3 minutes per game. However, she didn't have as much usage during her first year with the Aces as she had for most of her time with the Storm. The Aces are slated to retain at least A'ja Wilson, Jackie Young, NaLyssa Smith and Kierstan Bell for the 2026 campaign, so the workload will presumably continue to be spread out among the team's stars, which slightly limits Loyd's fantasy upside.

2022
Loyd was a dominant presence in Seattle's backcourt for 10 years and was especially integral over the last two seasons following Sue Bird's retirement and Breanna Stewart's departure. However, she requested a trade following the 2024 season, and Seattle dealt her to Las Vegas as part of a three-team trade that sent Kelsey Plum to the Sparks. Loyd led the league in scoring in 2023, averaging 24.7 points per game while converting 35.6 percent of her 8.5 three-point attempts per game. Loyd took a step back in 2024 after Seattle acquired Skylar Diggins-Smith and Nneka Ogwumike, averaging 19.7 points, 4.5 rebounds and 3.6 assists in 33.7 minutes per game. The Aces will have a new look in 2025 after losing Plum and Alysha Clark, and Loyd should remain a stellar fantasy contributor alongside A'ja Wilson, Jackie Young and Chelsea Gray.
