2026 Fantasy Outlook
The 2024 No. 2 overall pick has made only 34 appearances during her first two WNBA seasons. After an intriguing start to her rookie campaign, Brink tore her ACL and was sidelined for the first 25 games last year. She returned to action at the end of July, appearing in the final 19 games, but she never saw more than 20 minutes of action, averaging 12.9 a night. With a healthy offseason, it's fair to presume Brink will be full go in 2026 and primed for a breakout. However, the Sparks will probably still proceed with an abundance of caution. At her best, Brink is an elite defender capable of competing for DPOY, and while she's shown flashes of being a solid three-point shooter, her offensive game is a work in progress. The sky is the limit when projecting Brink's fantasy upside, but she'll be a risky pick on draft day and will have to share work with Nneka Ogwumike in 2026. Read Past Outlooks
Questionable for Wednesday

July 14, 2026
Brink (ankle) is questionable for Wednesday's game against the Lynx.
ANALYSIS
Brink has a chance to finish what's been about a monthlong absence due to a significant left ankle sprain. Emma Cannon and Jihyun Park stand out as the most likely candidates to see less playing time if Brink is finally able to make her back onto the court Wednesday.

Past Fantasy Outlooks
2025
2024
Brink was the No. 2 pick in last year's draft, and her rookie season got off to a hot start, as she averaged 7.5 points, 5.3 assists and 2.3 blocks in 22.0 minutes per game over her first 15 WNBA appearances. However, she suffered a season-ending torn left ACL in mid-June, and she's expected to return to the court sometime in June of 2025. If Brink gets back to full strength this year, there's reason to believe that she could be one of the league's top fantasy centers due to her defensive abilities, as she was one of three players in the WNBA to average at least two blocks per game last year despite her season being cut short. The 23-year-old carries some risk due to her injury, but if she returns at any point in 2025, she has the talent to offer plenty of fantasy value.
The Sparks lost Nneka Ogwumike to the Storm during the offseason after she spent the first 12 years of her career in Los Angeles, but the team added another frontcourt stalwart in Brink with the No. 2 pick in the 2024 WNBA Draft. Brink was dominant over four collegiate seasons at Stanford and was especially productive as a senior, averaging 17.4 points, 11.9 rebounds, 3.7 blocks and 2.8 assists in 25.4 minutes per game. She led the nation in blocks per game and was fifth in rebounds per game. The 22-year-old is dominant on both ends of the floor, which is intriguing on a Sparks team that appears to be in full rebuild mode heading into 2024. The forward should have plenty of opportunities to develop as a rookie alongside No. 4 pick Rickea Jackson, and Brink's versatile skill set makes her an intriguing fantasy option right away. However, fantasy managers should temper their expectations, especially early on, as Brink struggled with fouls during her senior season and is unlikely to generate as many blocks against WNBA competition. Even if Brink has some inconsistent performances as she adjusts to the professional level, she has plenty of upside heading into her rookie season.
