2026 Fantasy Outlook
A right knee bone bruise held Stewart to just 31 appearances in 2025, but that didn't stop her from churning out yet another prolific campaign. During the regular season, the All-Star forward averaged 18.3 points, 6.5 rebounds, 3.5 assists, 1.4 steals and 1.4 blocks in 30.6 minutes per game. Although she averaged the fewest boards of her career, Stewart has now posted at least 18 points, six rebounds, three dimes, one steal and one block in all but one of her nine seasons. Stewart and Sabrina Ionescu were both unrestricted free agents this offseason, but both superstars will return to the Liberty in 2026, while the team also retained Jonquel Jones and Betnijah Laney-Hamilton while bringing in Satou Sabally. Playing alongside Ionescu has cut into her usage a bit, but Stewart is showing no real signs of slowing down ahead of her age-32 campaign. Read Past Outlooks
Shines in win over Connecticut
Stewart finished with 31 points (10-17 FG, 0-4 3Pt, 11-12 FT), 10 rebounds, two assists, one steal and three blocks across 28 minutes in Friday's 106-75 win over Connecticut.
ANALYSIS
Stewart couldn't make a shot from downtown. However, that didn't matter, with the 31-year-old picking up a double-double while getting after it on the defensive end to begin the 2026 campaign. Stewart averaged 18.3 points in 2025, tying a career-low from her rookie season. Still, despite the dip in production, the 2016 No. 1 overall pick should continue to perform at an All-Star level, assuming she remains healthy.

2022
After winning MVP in 2023, Stewart took a slight step back last year but still led the Liberty to their first WNBA title. Although she wasn't named MVP, she remained one of the league's top contributors, averaging 20.4 points, 8.5 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 1.7 steals in 32.7 minutes per game. Sabrina Ionescu's shot volume increased in 2024, and Leonie Fiebich emerged as a solid player, which led to Stewart being utilized slightly less as a scorer. However, the 30-year-old Stewart contributes enough in other categories to remain one of the safest fantasy options heading into 2025.
