2026 Fantasy Outlook
Boston has been a strong contributor for the Fever since entering the WNBA in 2023, and she's coming off a successful stint in the Unrivaled league, where she earned the Defensive Player of the Year honors after averaging 18.9 points, 9.7 rebounds and 2.1 blocks per game. She wasn't able to play in the Unrivaled playoffs due to a right lower extremity injury, and it's unclear whether that will impact her availability for the Fever to open the 2026 season. Boston's production has been consistent in each of her first three years in the WNBA, though she averaged career highs in points (15.0) and assists (3.7). She's still under her rookie contract but will be a restricted free agent in 2027, so Boston will have plenty of financial incentive behind her this season, especially under the league's new collective bargaining agreement. Nets four-year extension with Indy
Boston (lower body) agreed to a four-year, $6.3 million contract extension with the Fever on Friday, Shams Charania of ESPN reports.
ANALYSIS
The new deal gives Boston the richest total salary in WNBA history to this point. The 2023 No. 1 overall pick averaged 15.0 points, 8.2 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 1.2 steals in 30.2 minutes per contest over 44 regular-season games in 2025, and Boston should continue to be one of Indiana's franchise cornerstone players for the foreseeable future.

Past Fantasy Outlooks
2025
2024
2023
Boston was the No. 1 pick by the Fever in 2023 and has been an elite fantasy option over her first two seasons in the league, even while playing alongside Caitlin Clark last year. Boston's production remained remarkably consistent in 2024, as she averaged 14.0 points, 8.9 rebounds and 3.2 assists in 30.9 minutes per game and helped lead the Fever to their first postseason berth since 2016. The Fever parted ways with NaLyssa Smith during the offseason but added veterans Natasha Howard and DeWanna Bonner, who should help take some of the pressure off Boston. Even though Indiana boasts a revamped frontcourt in 2025, the 23-year-old center should continue to be a focal point for the team under new head coach Stephanie White.
