Tagovailoa provided the Gamblers' offense a spark over the final two quarters, even though Houston ultimately came up short. The Maryland product has made three appearances overall this season, completing 53.1 percent of his passes for 300 yards with two touchdowns and one interception, while adding eight carries for 43 yards and another score. Given he performed reasonably well in defeat, Tagovailoa may get the starting call for a Week 7 home matchup against the Storm next Sunday evening.
