Henderson took over for an ineffective Hunter Dekkers with 3:57 remaining in the second quarter of Sunday night's 22-20 win over the Stallions and completed 15 of 23 passes for 186 yards with no touchdowns or interceptions while adding three carries for 23 yards.
ANALYSIS
The Gamblers' quarterback situation was reversed in Week 2, as this time it was Henderson coming in as a mid-game replacement and providing a spark. Henderson looked much more settled as a passer, finishing with a 65.2 percent completion rate and 90.1 QB rating. Given his solid showing Sunday night, it remains to be seen if Henderson has done enough to garner a Week 3 road start against the Defenders on Saturday afternoon.
