Yarns rushed 10 times for 24 yards and brought in his only target for 12 yards during the Gamblers' 17-13 win over the Aviators on Sunday.
ANALYSIS
The Delaware product wasn't anywhere near as efficient as during his breakout Week 4 performance against the Kings, when he rushed eight times for 111 yards and a touchdown. However, Yarns was seemingly rewarded with that performance by being afforded a team-high number of carries on an afternoon where the Gamblers recorded 35 rush attempts overall, including six by QB Nolan Henderson. It remains to be seen how the division of labor will unfold between multiple talented backs in Houston's ground attack during a Week 6 road rematch against the Aviators.
