KJ Hamler
Productive in Week 2 win
Hamler secured two of three targets for 59 yards and a touchdown, rushed once for minus-5 yards, ran back one kickoff for 29 yards and returned three punts for 16 yards during the Storm's 19-9 win over the Kings in Week 2.
ANALYSIS
The 2020 second-round pick of the Broncos is looking to reignite a once promising career in the UFL, and Hamler has gotten that quest off to an encouraging start. After posting a 3-28-0 line on five targets in Week 1, Hamler was even more productive in his second game while also recording his first UFL touchdown on a 41-yard scoring grab late in the first half. Hamler showed his surgically repaired knees were in fine shape on the play, as he ran from sideline to sideline after the catch before turning upfield for the final jaunt into the end zone. The veteran wideout also served as the primary returner, and he should continue in a robust role during a Week 3 road rematch with Louisville on Friday night.
