Signs five year deal with City
Charles has signed a five year contract with Manchester City from Sheffield Wednesday, marking a return to the club, and will immediately join Championship side Queens Park Rangers on a season long loan for 2026/27, according to the club.

Charles came through City's academy before joining Sheffield Wednesday in 2021, going on to make 36 senior appearances for the club after his debut in January 2024 and establishing himself as one of the Championship's more highly regarded young goalkeepers.
