Ibrahim Cissoko

ANALYSIS
Cissoko is a left winger, born in Nijmegen, who joined Toulouse from NEC Nijmegen in the summer of 2023. He rarely featured for the French club directly, spending most of his time away on loan instead, first at Plymouth Argyle, then Sheffield Wednesday, and most recently Bolton Wanderers, where he helped the club reach the League One play-off final at Wembley last season. He now returns to the Dutch top flight on a permanent basis, closing the book on a Toulouse spell defined almost entirely by loan spells in England.
