Valentino Livramento Injury: Set to miss 4-5 weeks
Livramento (calf) is expected to be inactive for "four or five weeks, which is unfortunately too long to keep on." following his withdrawal from England's squad for the World Cup, according to the national team's manager Thomas Tuchel, Henry Winter of World Soccer reports.
Livramento won't take part in the major international competition, but his expected timeline suggests he'll be back for club action in the 2026/27 season. He had just recovered from a previous thigh issue, logging 45 minutes of play during an international friendly game against New Zealand. His place in the Three Lions' roster was taken by Trevoh Chalobah after the injury was confirmed.
