Tohumcu has returned to Hoffenheim after spending the 2025/26 season on loan at Holstein Kiel.

Tohumcu appeared in 13 2. Bundesliga matches for Holstein Kiel, tallying one goal and two assists. The young midfielder could be used as a depth piece in midfield for Hoffenheim in the 2025/26 campaign, but it wouldn't be surprising if he leaves the club on loan once again this summer.
