Matheo Raab News: Sees time in friendly

Raab (hand) played 45 minutes in a 12-2 friendly win over FSV Optik Rathenow on July 4.

Raab was back in action as Union Berlin kicked off their pre-season training, as the goalie played for 45 minutes in a friendly win. This is good news for the keeper after he ended last season injured, although he did serve as the club's backup keeper. That said, he is not likely to take over Frederik Ronnow for the starting role and is now facing a possible move out of the club, leaving Raab's future very open moving forward.
