Giorgi Gocholeishvili News: Heads back to Ukraine

Gocholeishvili will return to parent club Shakhtar Donetsk following the conclusion of his loan spell at Hamburger.

Gocholeishvili made 24 Bundesliga appearances including nine starts across 931 minutes, contributing one assist, 25 tackles, eight interceptions and 26 clearances throughout the campaign. Gocholeishvili now heads back to Shakhtar Donetsk where his future will be assessed heading into the 2026/27 season, having previously featured in Champions League and Europa League football for the Ukrainian club.
