Eliezer Mayenda News: Signs with Rennes
Mayenda has completed a transfer to Rennes from Sunderland, according to his new club.
Mayenda has departed Sunderland as he finds new opportunities in France, with the forward signing a deal with Rennes until 2031. He is coming off a decent season serving as a backup attacking option for the Black Cats, recording two goals on 13 shots in 20 appearances (eight starts). He should compete for more of a starting role as he joins Rennes at the age of 21, although he currently sits behind Esteban Lepaul and Breel Embolo in the pecking order.
