Brahimi has signed with Le Mans FC through 2028, with an additional option year, marking a return to the club where he first made his mark on loan during the 2020/21 season, according to the club.

Brahimi scored 12 goals with 10 assists during that loan spell from Stade de Reims and earned a spot in the National team of the season, a run that opened the door to Ligue 1 with Angers and later Nice, where he also featured in the UEFA Conference League. He has made 69 appearances in France's top flight overall, including a stint at Stade Brestois, and has earned four caps for Algeria's national team, along with spells in Belgium's, Brazil's and Portugal's top divisions with Saint Trond, Santos and Amadora respectively. He will wear the number 7 shirt at Le Mans and is expected to add pace, dribbling and one on one ability to the club's attack as their first summer signing.
