2026 Fantasy Outlook
The veteran driver will return to the seat of the No. 52 Toyota in 2026 after suffering serious injuries last July in a scary crash in a dirt modified. Friesen would have to step out of the truck but not until after racking up one win and six Top 10's before his injury. Kaden Honeycutt would then come on and do stellar fill-in work in this team. He would grab two Top-5s and five Top-10s in the final eight starts of last season with this team. Friesen is still dealing with some nerve damage in his leg but he's walking and on track to be back in the driver's seat by the season-opener in Daytona. This team has race winning potential and veteran Friesen will get back in the groove quickly after nearly suffering a career-ending injury. Read Past Outlooks

ANALYSIS
It was Friesen's first Top-10 finish since the season opener at Daytona. Despite just two finishes this season better than 20th, Friesen has moved into the Top 10 in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series point standings heading into Bristol, where Friesen has five Top-10 finishes in 11 career starts, with a best result of second back in 2018.

Friesen returns for a 10th-season of Craftsman Truck Series racing in 2025. The veteran driver will drive the No. 52 Toyota again and look to improve on his 2024 performance. Friesen nabbed seven Top-10 finishes last season and wound up a respectable 12th-place in the final driver standings. However, the 41-year-old was locked out of victory lane for the second-straight season. As Friesen continues to near 200-career starts in this division of NASCAR, he's become one of the veteran faces in the field. He races for a small, but competitive team. However, they've come back to the field a bit over the past two years due to the continued youth movement in the trucks and ever-expanding lineup up of multi-truck teams.
