2026 Fantasy Outlook
With the retirement of Matt Crafton, Enfinger becomes the new elder statesman of this division of NASCAR. At 41-years-old and with well over 200 series starts to his credit, Enfinger is now the most experienced and seasoned driver in the Craftsman Truck Series. His first season with this CR7 team would be a winless affair, his first winless campaign in the last four years. However, Enfinger would finish runner-up at both Las Vegas and Michigan, so he wasn't far off a couple victories. His 14 Top 10's fell pretty much in line with what he's produced in recent seasons. What Enfinger and the No. 9 Chevrolet team need to work on in the upcoming season is better consistency, better finishes and to flip some of those near-misses into wins. With no full-time Corey Heim around that will be quite possible. Read Past Outlooks
Has Best 2026 Run
Enfinger recorded his first Top 10 of the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series season in the Buckle Up South Carolina 200 at Darlington Raceway.
ANALYSIS
It's been a rough start for the veteran driver, as he came into the fourth race of the season without a single Top 20, much less a Top 10. But Enfinger has historically run well at Darlington and on Friday night, he finished a season-best seventh in the Buckle Up South Carolina 200. He'll look to continue improving at Rockingham, where he led 15 laps and finished fifth last season.

The move to CR7 would take some time to get traction last season, but once Enfinger and company got rolling in the warm summer months, they were quite impressive. The veteran driver picked up two wins and 13 Top-10 finishes and would advance well into the playoffs. Enfinger would end up a strong fourth-place in the final driver standings and make the resounding statement that the 40-year-old driver is not past his prime just yet. He'll reload for season two with CR& and return to a team that is mainly intact from last season. If anything, we expect even better results from Enfinger in 2025 as this team is now established and getting results.
