Lucindo has accepted a nine-month suspension retroactive to September 24, 2005 due to a violation of the UFC Anti-Doping Policy, per an official release.
ANALYSIS
Lucindo tested positive for the banned substance mesterolone, but her team was able to prove that she ingested the substance unintentionally via a contaminated supplement, ultimately reducing the suspension. The 24-year-old Brazilian prospect will be cleared to return in late-July. She holds a 5-2 record after an August victory over Angela Hill, which will remain on her ledger given the positive test happened more than a month after that result.

Suspended for drug test
StrawweightUFC
Out
November 19, 2025
Lucindo has been suspended for a failed drug test, according to Nolan King of MMAJunkie.com.
ANALYSIS
Both the Nevada State Athletic Commission and UFC have suspended Lucindo after a test conducted by the promotion's anti-doping program, Combat Sports Anti-Doping. Lucindo tested positive for mesterolone, a medication typically used to treat low testosterone. Lucindo's team has denied any intentional wrongdoing, so it is working with both CSAD and the NSAC to determine if a contaminated substance caused their problem at hand. Lucindo was scheduled to fight Gillian Robertson at UFC Vegas 112 before withdrawing from the event entirely.

Lucindo will no longer fight Gillian Robertson at UFC Vegas 112, Marcel Dorff of Eurosport.nl reports.
ANALYSIS
It's unclear what caused Lucindo to withdraw from the event, but it means she will now have to wait a bit longer for her next shot at a second consecutive victory. The 23-year-old strawweight will finish 2025 with a 1-1 record; meanwhile, Amanda Lemos will fill the opening and fight Robertson on Dec. 13.

Lucindo defeated Angela Hill via unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27, 29-28) at UFC Vegas 109 on Saturday.
ANALYSIS
Lucindo entered this fight as a (-190) betting favorite and 17 years younger than her veteran opponent, and the bookmakers ultimately got this one right. Lucindo did still eat 64 strikes deemed significant in this one (compared to 72 to landed), and was out-landed in Round 2. But the more impactful shots consistently came from Lucindo's side, in addition to a trio of takedowns -- one in each round. She likely would have finished most women with her barrages of hooks, but Hill has an iron chin and has never been knocked out. With the win, Lucindo bounces back from her March loss to Amanda Lemos and will be looking at a top-10 opponent her next time out.
Fighting Hill in August

Lucindo will take on Angela Hill at a UFC event in Las Vegas on August 9, per Marcel Dorff of Eurosport.nl.
ANALYSIS
Lucindo will head into the fight looking to bounce back from her recent defeat at the hands of Amanda Lemos. The 5-foot-3 Brazilian will look to use advantages in both reach and youth against the older Hill. With the two fighters boasting a combined 13-0 professional record in KO/TKO finishes, expect fireworks in this one.
