This fight was a mixed bag for Guskov, and he was ultimately quite lucky to emerge with the draw. On a positive note, he was responsible for the biggest moments of the bout. He knocked Blachowicz down in Round 2 and landed countless monster shots from top position. Two of the three judges felt he did enough in the frame to earn a 10-8 score.
