Foerster had a sluggish start and cold finish to the year, but there is reason to believe he can improve in 2024-25. He generated 15 goals, 84 shots and nine helpers during a 37-game span from Nov. 28-March 2. He will likely remain in Philadelphia's top six in 2024-25, though his power-play role might be reduced because of the arrival of highly touted rookie Matvei Michkov. The 22-year-old Foerster could reach the 40-point mark in the upcoming season if his consistency improves.
