Taylor Ward

Ward is a physical presence who can provide some offense at the AHL level, which is what he did during the 2024-25 regular season, recording 12 goals, 27 points, 61 PIM and 66 outings for Ontario. The Kings rewarded his minor-league efforts with his NHL debut against Calgary on April 17. He scored a power-play goal and logged 14:52 of ice time while providing four shots and three hits in a 5-1 loss. While it was nice to see the undrafted forward earn that moment in the spotlight, he’s 27 years old, so don’t expect further growth out of him.
