2023 Fantasy Outlook
A 2019 first-round pick of the Islanders (23rd overall), Holmstrom was a part-time player for the team a season ago, appearing in 50 games and managing six goals and nine points. Holmstrom wasn't much better in a stint with AHL Bridgeport, finishing with three goals and five points there. The Swede will play the entirety of this upcoming season at age 22, but he's a clear pass in fantasy circles until he proves he can score at the NHL level.
