Lamoureux was able to make his NHL debut in 2024-25 when Utah was thin on defense, and he racked up three points with 42 PIM, 18 hits and 11 blocked shots over 15 appearances. He added 13 points in 42 regular-season outings with AHL Tucson. Unless the injury bug bites the Mammoth's blue line hard again in 2025-26, it's unlikely Lamoureux will get much of a chance to play with the big club, as the team added Nate Schmidt and Scott Perunovich as free agents and also has plans to give Dmitri Simashev a look.
