Joey Daccord

Daccord has taken over as the Kraken's primary goalie in the last couple of years, and a five year, $25 million contract extension signed last October cemented that status. He took a slight step backward in 2024-25, however, posting a 27-23-5 record with a 2.75 GAA and a .906 save percentage over a career-high 57 games. There may be a little motivation for Daccord, as he could push for an Olympic roster spot with Team USA, but his NHL outlook isn't all that cheery. The Kraken play hard but their lack of a true superstar anywhere on the roster leaves them prone to be overwhelmed by more talented teams. Daccord helps keep things close, and he's no worse than a No. 2 goalie in fantasy for 2025-26. Read Past Outlooks
