2025 Fantasy Outlook
The Bruins acquired Minten from Toronto at the 2025 trade deadline in the deal that sent Brandon Carlo to the Maple Leafs. The 21-year-old Minten appeared in six regular-season games with Boston at the end of the year, scoring a goal and adding to the four points in 15 outings he had with the Maple Leafs earlier in the campaign. He also spent some time in the AHL last season, but the door is certainly open for Minten to grab a roster spot with the Bruins out of training camp, and perhaps in a top-nine capacity. He likely won’t bring an overwhelming amount of offense, but he’s got a lot of potential and is a willing checker who could crack triple-digit hits in a full season. Read Past Outlooks

ANALYSIS
It was the 21-year-old center's second three-point performance of the season, with the other coming Jan. 10 against the Rangers. Minten could be looking at a top-line assignment in the final couple games before the Olympic break -- Elias Lindholm (upper body) was already on the shelf Thursday, and Pavel Zacha (upper body) also left the contest early, leaving Boston very thin up the middle. Minten appears to be up to the task, however, and over his last 15 games he's broken out for eight goals and 16 points.
