Liukas has played exclusively with AHL Bridgeport for the last three seasons. The left-shot winger recorded four goals, 10 points and plus-4 rating across 24 games in 2025-26. Liukas can now sign with a new organization when free agency opens Wednesday. However, he already signed a contract with HIFK of Finland's Liiga in May, so it's unclear if he'll have any interest in returning to North America for 2026-27.
