DeMelo will always be more valuable on the ice than in fantasy -- he's a shutdown defenseman who complements standout blueliner Josh Morrissey well on the Jets' top pairing. Expect a regression in plus-minus and a slight dip in points for DeMelo in 2024-25, though his physicality will keep him on the radar in deep formats and banger leagues.
