Coleman raised eyebrows with his 30-goal 2023-24 campaign after recording 14-18 goals in each of the prior three seasons. However, it came thanks to a 15.7 shooting percentage, up from 8.5 from 2021-22 through 2022-23, so it wasn’t a shock when he regressed to his norm. Coleman had 15 goals and 39 points across 82 appearances last season, making it the sixth time in seven seasons that he produced a point total in the 30s, with 2023-24 being the lone exception. At the age of 33 (34 on Nov. 28), there isn’t mystery left to Coleman’s game. Ignore his anomaly campaign and pencil him in for 15-20 goals and 30-40 points. Be sure to factor in that he should also provide over 30 PIM and 125 hits, which offers some versatility to his resume in leagues that use either category.
