Iafallo’s point total increased from 27 in 2023-24 to 31 in 2024-25 despite seeing his ice time decrease from 15:19 to 13:17 per game, respectively. The left-shot forward is certainly reliable, as he hasn’t missed a regular-season game since 2022-23, but his consistent availability hasn’t translated to success in fantasy during his time with Winnipeg. He chips in around 30 points per season, but doesn’t offer useful production in blocked shots, hits or PIM. His 10 power-play points (six goals) last season were a personal best, but part of that can be attributed to his career-high 13.8 shooting percentage, which will probably fall back to somewhere near his career average of 10.0 percent next season. Iafallo is capable of playing up and down the lineup, but he’s best suited for a bottom-six, energy-type role, which leaves the New York native as a late-round flier in deeper leagues for 2025-26. Iafallo has gotten top-six minutes for most of his career, but he's not a skilled forward and consequently doesn't end up helping fantasy managers much. He had 11 goals and 27 points across 82 regular-season contests with the Jets in 2023-24, and the 30-year-old has never recorded more than 43 points in a campaign. He's not an aggressive player either, so he shouldn't be on your radar in terms of PIM or hits. If you're in a deep enough league where a forward who can provide 25-35 points without offering much else is worth grabbing, then Iafallo at least has the benefit of being a relatively safe add in that scoring range, but outside of that, he's not worthy of consideration.
