After two years in the Rangers' organization, Belzile is back in Quebec after signing a two-way deal with the Canadiens. During his time with AHL Hartford, Belzile posted 106 points in 127 regular-season games, continuing his strong scoring rate in the minors. That's never translated particularly well at the NHL level -- he has 15 points in 44 career appearances, all with Montreal, though he hasn't played in the NHL since 2022-23. The Rangers inked him to a two-year contract in the summer of 2023 with the first season being a two-way deal. Belzile was unable to crack the Rangers lineup last year, suiting up for 61 regular-season games with AHL Hartford, where he managed 19 goals and 50 points in 61 games. He is on a one-way contract in 2024-25, but since he is a depth forward at best, look for the Rangers to send him to Hartford once again.
