After experiencing a cold stretch across the back half of March, Boldy kicked off the month of April with an excellent performance. He tallied the game's opening goal before striking the back of the net a second time just 23 seconds into the middle period. Thursday's pair of goals elevated him to 40 on the season, making the 24-year-old winger just the ninth player to hit that threshold this season. He's put together an extremely well-rounded campaign with 39 assists, 79 points, 239 shots on net, 57 hits and 54 blocked shots across 71 outings. Boldy has leveled up this season and is back on track to finish the campaign above 80 points for the first time in his five-year NHL career.
