Neergaard-Petersen was one of the most consistent players on the DP World Tour with 14 top-25 finishes, but it took a heroic final five holes at the DP World Tour Championship to be able to clinch a PGA Tour card with a T3 finish in Dubai. Neergaard-Petersen has already has already proven he can compete on the PGA Tour with a runner-up at the Puerto Rico Open and a T12 at the U.S. Open in 2025. He's a terrific ball striker ranking sixth in SG: Off-the-Tee, 18th in SG: Approach and 17th in GIR percentage last season. T40 at Cognizant Classic
Neergaard-Petersen closed with an even-par 71 on Sunday at the Cognizant Classic in The Palm Beaches to finish four-under and tied for 40th place.

Neergaard-Petersen racked up 19 total birdies while ranking 31st among the field in SG: Approach throughout his week at PGA National, but he ultimately converted just 12 of 25 scrambling opportunities en route to 13 bogeys and a double across 72 holes. Nonetheless, he remains without a missed cut through his first five worldwide starts of the year, and Neergaard-Petersen will tee it up again this week at the Puerto Rico Open where he finished as the solo runner-up in his Grand Reserve debut here last year.
