Rasmus Neergaard-Petersen

26-Year-Old Golfer
2026 Fantasy Outlook
Neergaard-Petersen was one of the most consistent players on the DP World Tour with 14 top-25 finishes, but it took a heroic final five holes at the DP World Tour Championship to be able to clinch a PGA Tour card with a T3 finish in Dubai. Neergaard-Petersen has already has already proven he can compete on the PGA Tour with a runner-up at the Puerto Rico Open and a T12 at the U.S. Open in 2025. He's a terrific ball striker ranking sixth in SG: Off-the-Tee, 18th in SG: Approach and 17th in GIR percentage last season. Neergaard-Petersen has as much upside as any of the 10 DPWT players graduating to the PGA Tour in 2026. He's just 26-years-old and ranks inside the top 50 of the DataGolf Rankings. Read Past Outlooks
T49 at FIO
February 2, 2026
Neergaard-Petersen closed with a two-under 70 on Sunday at the Farmers Insurance Open to finish five-under and tied for 49th.
ANALYSIS
Neergaard-Petersen ranked 16th among the field in SG: Ballstriking en route to 20 total birdies throughout his 2026 PGA Tour debut at Torrey Pines. However, he lost a collective 5.4 strokes on and around the greens over three rounds on the South Course, so there are some short-game concerns ahead of his first career trip to TPC Scottsdale.
