Patrick Fishburn

33-Year-Old Golfer
2026 Fantasy Outlook
Fishburn looked to be in good shape to retain his card heading into the fall, but he failed to post a top 30 across those seven events and ultimately finished 109th in the points list. He'll still get some starts with conditional status, and he certainly has the game to make the most of them. The 33-year-old has above average length and only strokes around the green in 2025. Fishburn's nine top-10s across 56 starts the last two years indicates a high ceiling, but with 26 missed cuts across that stretch, the inconsistency is holding him back. Read Past Outlooks

May 26, 2026
Fishburn will be in the field for this week's Charles Schwab Challenge, Rob Bolton of PGATour.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Fishburn earns a spot in the field at Colonial Country Club following Bud Cauley's (undisclosed) early WD. Fishburn is coming off a T19-T47 stretch at the ONEflight Myrtle Beach Classic and THE CJ CUP Byron Nelson, though he missed the cut during his Charles Schwab Challenge debut last year.

Past Fantasy Outlooks
2025
2024
Fishburn had a slow start to his rookie season, missing seven of his first eight cuts before he settled down to finish 81st in the FedExCup on the strength of nine top-25s across a 13-tournament stretch. Driving play is clearly the best part of the BYU product's game, as he ranked seventh in SG: Off-the-tee for the year. Fishburn's putting play also progressed as the year went on and his spike weeks on the greens often led to him being in contention. One would think he'll get off to a quicker start in his sophomore campaign and that could help lead to a breakout year.
Fishburn becomes a PGA Tour rookie at 31 years of age after posting 10 top-25s on the Korn Ferry Tour in 2023, including a runner-up effort at the NV5 Invitational. He paced the entire KFT in GIR percentage this past season, guiding him to the sixth-best scoring average.
